Common Grounds

In all fairness this is our one and only "Good" entrance sign

Mailbox. Would you want to touch or look at this everyday?

Broken Water Line repaired and left common grounds a mess, no grass, no seed, they did not even level it out. Looks terrible! Who is going to pay to fix this or do we just leave it?

Parking lot numbers are dirty and worn off and people do not know where to park, why is this a thing? Needs to be maintained as part of grounds maintenance.

Parking lot has holes and cracks everywhere. There are even spots where it is sinking.

Yellow curbs have become black and the yellow paint is bubbling, cracking and peeling off. It looks really bad.

Sidewalks are cracking everywhere from all the waterline that have broke and had bad repairs.

Uneven walkway in disrepair . Has not been maintained it years and continues to fall apart.

WOW. A picture is worth a thousand words, I can't believe this has got so bad! Please be carful when walking on this, it is worse than the picture is showing.

Same spot as above. The sidewalk is completely destroyed. It is embarrassing and a complete safety hazard!
